According to a West Goshen Township Police Department press release, Ryan Dunn's blood alcohol concentration was 0.196% at the time of the fatal car accident that killed both he and fellow passenger Zachary Hartwell

about two and a half times the legal limit in Pennsylvania, which is 0.08%. The report further indicates that "Mr. Dunn's vehicle was traveling between 132-140 mph at the time of the collision."  No abuse of other drugs was detected.

The latest release confirms the suspicion that the 'Jackass' star was driving drunk when the 2007 Porsche 911 he was driving drove off the road and into the woods in Pennsylvania early Monday morning, the car already in flames when police arrived. Earlier reports released state that Dunn and Hartwell died of blunt and thermal trauma.
