ET has obtained court documents revealing that Cuban actor William Levy was accused of having sexual relations with a minor.

According to the papers, a 17-year-old personal assistant filed a complaint against Levy last year for "forcing her to perform fellatio upon him and strangling her in the process" in a hotel room on July 19, 2010. The complaint called for $2.5 million in punitive damages.

Levy, who released a statement yesterday saying that his relationship with Jennifer Lopez was "strictly professional," adamantly refutes knowing that the plaintiff was underage, making clear in the documents that she claimed to be a 19-year-old adult at the time the offense allegedly took place. Levy also denied the allegation of force stating that the sex was consensual and that the local authorities thoroughly investigated the claims and found no basis for proceeding with criminal action against Levy.

After the complaint was filed, Levy reportedly received a threatening letter which stated that "unless Levy paid [the plaintiff] $950,000 in exchange for a release that the matter would be 'shared' with the Spanish media and that suit would be filed."

Levy was featured in JLo's music video "I'm Into You," but is perhaps best known for his roles in Spanish soap operas like "Triunfo del Amor" and "Cuidado con el Angel." Following JLo's split with Marc Anthony, Levy responded to suspicions that he may have been responsible for the breakup, saying, "My thoughts are with Jennifer and Marc during this very hard time. My relationship with Jennifer has been strictly professional. These alleged rumors suggesting something more personal are 100% false and inaccurate. My best wishes go out to their family."
