"Dancing with the Stars" champ Mark Ballas and Food Network star Aaron Sanchez recently traded some skills sure to make the ladies very happy -- and ET was there to capture all the fun as the two traded their signature cooking and dancing secrets.
Aaron, whose restaurant Crossroads at House of Blues opens August 1st in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, showed Mark how to cook a delicious shrimp and grits dish with the Mexican flair that his dishes are known for, and in exchange, Mark showed Aaron a basic salsa step he can "bust out in the club with [his] girl."
And it turns out Chef Aaron's got some natural rhythm!
