At just 5 feet tall and weighing 108 pounds, most would describe Jada as petite, but the 43-year-old Gotham actress claims that not too long ago she became too muscular after years of intense training. This led her to her current workout regimen.
"My trainer and I are into reps instead of heavy weights because the goal is now about sculpting," Jada told Shape. "I love walking stairs because it's great cardio and resistance."
That hard work and dedication has clearly paid off judging by the sultry photos in Shape's Jan./Feb. issue, and her husband Will Smith, 46, has taken notice.
"When my husband of almost 20 years can't take his eyes off me? That's amazing," said Jada. "But the number one reason I go to the gym is because it keeps me sane ... I can deal with whatever's coming at me."
