In a YouTube video posted Monday, Mrs. Obama and President Barack Obama announced the #GimmeFive movement, asking kids, parents and celebs to give ways to be healthy. Aisha Tyler, John Legend, Kerry Washington, Olivia Munn and Viola Davis spilled some of their health tips to ET.
"I have a cup of coffee and I do 25 kettlebell swings," Tyler said. "It gets my heart pumping. It's a full-body exercise -- gets me ready for my day."
"I try to exercise all the time," Legend said." "I box a little bit. I lift weights. I run a bit."

"I do my Olivia Pope strut every day," Washington joked. "No, I usually do a lot of pilates and sometimes hiking and all different kinds of stuff."
"I've decided this year to finally just get down to a good workout routine and a good healthy eating habit, so that it's no longer a diet or a moment," Munn said. "It becomes my lifestyle."
"I would say my go-to is the elliptical," Davis said. "The elliptical and kettlebells -- that's it! And running after my 4-year-old little girl [Genesis] who now runs faster than me. There you go!"
