A Guinness World Records adjudicator was on hand to ensure the "selfie rules were followed," meaning full face and neck of participants had to be seen in the shot and "blurring" was not allowed.

“We just set a NEW GUINNESS WORLD RECORD for most self-portraits (selfies) taken in record time (yup, a selfie world record exists and your arm gets a helluva workout)," Johnson captioned an Instagram video of his conquest.

Deeming himself the "#SelfieKing," Johnson went on to extend his gratitude to all the fans who participated: "Thank you to all who took part in this very cool, big and successful event. As a now TWO TIME Guinness World Record holder (first record set in 2002) my only appropriate response would be... #WhereInTheFackIsTheTequila."

As for his first world record in 2002, The Rock was named the highest-paid actor for a first starring role. Johnson made $5.5 million for his debut film, The Scorpion King.

One thing's for sure, Kardashian better step up her selfie game.
