Enrique Iglesias Undergoes Reconstructive Hand Surgery After Onstage Drone Accident

Sending well wishes to Enrique Iglesias!

The "Bailamos" singer sliced his fingers after he grabbed a drone while performing at a concert in a bullfighting ring in Tijuana, Mexico on Saturday.
On Monday, Enrique's rep gave an update on his injury.

"Thank you to all for your concern and good wishes. Enrique is currently undergoing reconstructive hand surgery today," his rep said.

Even with a bloody hand, the 40-year-old proved that the show must go on.

"He was semi-treated by crew on the side of the stage to try and stop the bleeding," his rep told ET on Sunday. "He was advised to stop the show. He decided to go on and continued playing for 30 minutes while the bleeding continued throughout the show."

After the concert, he was rushed to a nearby hospital before being put on a plane to see a specialist in Los Angeles.

Iglesias is currently on his Sex and Love world tour with Pitbull. He will resume his tour on July 3 in Mexico City.
