Jada Pinkett-Smith is getting real about the secret to her long-lasting marriage to Will Smith.
Jada and Will have been married since December 1997, and have two children together, 16-year-old Jaden and 14-year-old Willow. The 43-year-old Magic Mike XXL actress talked to Howard Stern on his SiriusXM show Wednesday about how the two deal with working in the business -- particularly, their frequently attractive co-stars. Jada surprisingly said that they tell one other about their crushes, and who they're attracted to.
"Oh, absolutely. You have to in this business!" the former Gotham star told Stern passionately. "Because I'm gonna know anyway."

"I'm not the kind of woman who believes a man is not going to be attracted to other women," she further explained. "I'm just not that girl. It's just not realistic. And just because your man is attracted to other women, does not mean he doesn't love you! And it doesn't mean he's gonna act on it. If your man can’t really see another woman's beauty, how the hell is he gonna see yours?"
Jada also explained her headline-making comments in an April 2013 Huffington Post interview, in which she addressed rumors that she and Will have an open marriage. Will "can do whatever" as long as he can look at himself in the mirror at the end of the day, Jada said at the time.
"You gotta trust who you're with," Jada reflected Wednesday. "I'm not here to be anybody's watcher. He's a grown man. And I trust that the man Will is, is a man of integrity. He's got all the freedom in the world. As long as Will can look at himself in the mirror and be OK, I'm good."
Though from the sound of it, Jada has no problem keeping Will interested in the bedroom.
"I'm into everything," Jada laughed, when asked about role-playing. "Look, I change my hair a lot. I play different roles in public so you can imagine what I might do in private."

If we're judging by Jada and Will's appearance at the premiere for his film "Focus" in February -- where the couple wasn't shy about packing on the PDA -- it's safe to say their marriage is stronger than ever. Watch below:
