Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, was spotted Thursday at his Florida duplex, the first time the 25-year-old has been seen since a lawsuit was filed Wednesday accusing him of physically abusing Bobbi Kristina and stealing thousands from her.
Clad in a casual grey shirt and red basketball shorts, Gordon obviously appeared to be in a somber mood following the news that Bobbi Kristina, 22, has been moved to a hospice in Georgia as her health continues to deteriorate.

"We keep praying, she has fought hard this long don't give up hope," Gordon tweeted on Wednesday. However, his entire Twitter account has since been deleted.
The $40 million lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina's conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, claims Gordon controlled the only daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown by limiting who she could interact with. Filed in Fulton County Superior Court on June 24, the lawsuit also accuses Gordon of prior domestic violence, including, "punching [Bobbi Kristina] in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and dragging her upstairs by her hair." The lawsuit also claims Bobbi Kristina set up a meeting with an unnamed person on Jan. 31 to discuss that Gordon was "not the man she thought he was," but was later found unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31, "face down, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out."
Gordon's lawyers have no comment at this time.
Meanwhile, Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard, Jr. gave ET an update on Thursday in light of Bobbi Kristina's current condition.
"The Roswell Police Department has forwarded its investigative file to our Office. In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest," Howard Jr. told ET in a statement. "An announcement regarding a charging decision, if any, will be made at the appropriate time."
