Ben Seewald found love with 19 Kids and Counting star Jessa Duggar, and now he wants to help other women with their relationships.
The 20-year-old reality star -- who married Jessa in November 2014 and are currently expecting their first child -- took to Instagram on Sunday night to share some advice with all the single ladies looking for Mr. Right.
Ben's biggest tip: Avoid men who aren't genuine, and those who aren't looking for a real connection.

"Ladies...watch out for dudes that want to date you, but have no intention whatsoever of any serious relationship," Ben wrote in the caption of a what looked to be a romantic stock photo. "A lot of guys want to enjoy you and play with your heart and emotions with no commitment or responsibility on their part."
Ben emphasized that he believes it's important women understand that he deserve a man who values them, writing, "Don't give away your heart or your body to someone who isn't prepared to cherish you for the long haul."
