Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, was officially served with a $10 million lawsuit on Sunday in Florida. The civil lawsuit, filed on behalf of the only daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Bobbi Brown, accuses him of both physically assaulting and stealing thousands from her.
Gordon, 25, was served at a Starbucks in Longwood, Florida. In a video obtained by The New York Daily News, a process server can be seen giving him a manila envelope, to which he simply replies, "Thank you." When a bystander inquires about the envelope, Gordon says, "I have no idea." He then starts scrolling through his cellphone.

Gordon has rarely been seen since news broke that 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina was transferred to a hospice in Atlanta last month, as her condition continues to deteriorate. Bobbi Kristina's court-appointed conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, filed the lawsuit against Gordon in Fulton County Superior Court on June 24, which means it's taken almost three weeks to serve Gordon. His last sighting was on June 28 in Florida.
ET learned last month that Gordon has assembled a very well-known legal team to face the lawsuit. Atlanta criminal defense attorney Joe Habachy, Gordon's lead lawyer, was preparing to bring in famous attorney Jose Baez --- who's best-known for serving as the lead defense attorney for Casey Anthony -- as well as TJ Ward, one of the private investigators who worked on the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, sources close to Gordon's legal team told ET.
In addition to the domestic violence claims, the lawsuit alleges that Bobbi Kristina set up a meeting with an unnamed person on Jan. 31 to discuss that Gordon was "not the man she thought he was," and was later found unresponsive in a bathtub on the same day, "face down, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out."
No criminal charges have been filed against Gordon.
