Sporting a white blouse and long black coat, Bristol, 24, acknowledged her sixth-year job anniversary while displaying the first outward sign of her second pregnancy in a picture posted on Instagram.
"Celebrated six years working for the best people I know," Bristol, 24, wrote. "This place is my home. (I actually have a job #shocker)"
The selfie was taken at the dermatology office where Bristol works as a medical assistant.
Last month, Bristol announced her second pregnancy via her blog. "I know this has been, and will be, a huge disappointment to my family, to my close friends, and to many of you," she wrote. "At the end of the day there's nothing I can't do with God by my side, and I know I am fully capable of handling anything that is put in front of me with dignity and grace."
She added, "Life moves on no matter what. So no matter how you feel, you get up, get dressed, show up, and never give up."

The news of her pregnancy followed her failed engagement to Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer amid tabloid rumors that he had a "secret wife." It has not yet been confirmed whether he is the father, but another blog post seemed to imply that she was planning to start a family with him.
"Everyone knows I wanted more kids, to have a bigger family," she explained. "Believing I was heading that way, I got ahead of myself. Things didn't go as planned, but life keeps going. Life moves on."
Bristol's second child will join her 6-year-old son Tripp, whom she shares with Levi Johnston.
