The 22-year-old singer and the 24-year-old model posed for an upcoming W magazine spread shot by famed photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and Miley gave a little sneak preview for her fans on Instagram on Monday. This being Miley, the photoshoot is pretty NSFW, and in one shot, she appears topless while Stella shoves cake in her mouth.

She also shared this shocking picture of her in a quilted leather bustier and covered in glitter, with the matching panties askew. An unknown person stands over her, as she touches her left breast.

Miley and Stella, who hails from New Zealand, have been hanging out since March, and last month, the pair was videotaped in a pretty intense makeout session on the Hollywood set of an upcoming music video. Two weeks ago they were still going strong, sharing a churro together on a Disneyland date.
