The British actor makes for one convincing Southern gentleman.
If you weren't already excited for Tom Hiddleston to play Hank Williams on the big screen, watching the first clip from the biopic I Saw the Light should seal the deal.
The 34-year-old star posted the first preview of his upcoming movie, where we finally get to see his take on the country music legend. Even better? Hiddleston is singing in it!

Yes, that is 100 percent Hiddleston singing in the clip, and the actor looks and sounds just like Williams. Not bad for a Brit, eh?
Before we got to hear Hiddleston's pipes, we were graced with the first photo from the movie, which happened to be the epitome of "Hey, Good Lookin'."

Elizabeth Olsen stars opposite Hiddleston in the film, which is titled after the 1948 tune of the same name and based off Colin Escott's 1994 book Hank Williams: The Biography, as the singer's wife, Audrey Mae Williams. It will open in limited release on Nov. 27.
Since we have to wait two more months to see Hiddleston's full transformation, let's just relive his Thor 2 appearance in the flashback video below.
