"So many people along the way have been like, 'A capella, original music? It just doesn't click' and so we just want to prove them wrong," Scott Hoying tells ET.

"This is what we do," adds Kevin Olusola. "We're five people that love to sing, so it's just kind of a celebration of everything we love to do."

Pentatonix is out now, while the group is also releasing a deluxe version of their Platinum-selling That’s Christmas to Me complete with multiple new holiday tracks.

The self-titled album comes on the heels of a major gig, opening for Kelly Clarkson on her Piece By Piece tour. After a slew of headline-making shows, Clarkson was forced to cancel several shows on account of vocal strain. But just weeks earlier, fans in Los Angeles were in on a happy surprise when Clarkson spontaneously announced her second pregnancy during a performance.

"I was not planning on announcing this. I'm totally pregnant again," she said through tears and giggles at her L.A. show. "I just didn't want you to think I was crazy. Honestly, I'm just hormonal today."

"We found out then, too," Kirstin Maldonado confessed of the moment, while Hoying chimed in: "I said congrats to her onstage. We perform with her, and I was like, 'Congrats!'"

No word yet on Clarkson's due date, but she did reveal her savory pregnancy cravings recently. Find out what she said in the video below!
