Khloe Kardashian is back on her Instagram game, just hours after news broke that she and Lamar Odom have called off their divorce.

After staying silent on the social media site ever since Lamar was found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel a week ago, the reality TV star shared a post on Wednesday, honoring her sister Kim Kardashian's 35th birthday with a pic of the two.

Khloe, of course, wasn't the only one from the Kardashian-Jenner clan to wish Kim a happy birthday over social media. Kendall shared a sweet message dedicated to Kim on her website.

"Happy 35th birthday to the best big sister a girl could ask for!!! (Tied with Kourtney and Khloé, of course.) Kim has always, always encouraged me to follow my dreams and I wouldn't be where I am today without her support," Kendall wrote. "Love you, Keeks! I hope you have the best day."

As ET previously reported, Khloe first broke her silence on Tuesday, posting a sincere message thanking her "family, friends and fans" for their support during the difficult time to her website and phone app.

"This past week has been incredibly difficult," the 31-year-old wrote. "I am so thankful to family, friends and fans who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar."

The former NBA player was in the Intensive Care Unit at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas for a week after being placed into a medically induced coma. Khloe was by his bedside nearly the entire time. On Monday, Lamar was moved to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles to continue his recovery after he began to show signs of improvement.

"I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work," Khloe continued. "Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made."

Last week, ET reported that Lamar had gained consciousness. According to a source close to the 35-year-old athlete, he woke up, pulled the ventilator tube out of his mouth, and briefly said, "Morning -- hi, baby," to Khloe.

"You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure," Khloe added. "Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!"

Earlier today, ET reported that Khloe and Lamar have officially called off their divorce, which was never actually finalized. Watch the video below to hear more.
