Jessa (Duggar) Seewald has a lot to celebrate today.

As the 19 Kids and Counting star is patiently awaiting the Nov. 1, arrival of her first child with husband Ben Seewald, it also marks one year since the couple tied the knot at the First Baptist Church in Bentonville, Arkansas.
