Ruby Rose isn't sitting at home with pints of ice cream after announcing her split from fiancee Phoebe Dahl earlier this week -- she's hitting the gym to get in shape for a new movie role!

The Orange is the New Black star hit the gym on Friday, posting pics of her totally ripped (and heavily tattooed) bod to Instagram.

"Training for John Wick with @murphyfitness," Rose captioned the pic. "I keep looking for roles to play a couch potato but no luck!!"

The 29-year-old Australian actress has been hard at work training for her action-packed part in John Wick 2, the sequel to the 2014 Keanu Reeves thriller.

While her role is still under wraps, Rose posted an Instagram pic of her makeup and wardrobe for the part on Dec. 2, captioning the shot, "Scar face."
