The 24-year-old already has a 6-year-old daughter, Sophia, whose father, Derek Underwood, died in February 2009, just two months before Farrah gave birth to Sophia.
ET has reached out to Farrah's rep to see if she's planning to adopt the child with her new boyfriend, Simon Saran.
In a new trailer for episode five of Teen Mom OG, Farrah's parenting skills are put to the test when her daughter starts misbehaving. "Sometimes you're immature, and you're selfish, and you don't think about other people but yourself," she reprimands Sophia.

Farrah started making headlines after appearing on 16 and Pregnant in 2009. She went on to star on Teen Mom, and has gone on to pursued a career in the adult film industry as well.
Earlier this year, she underwent her third breast augmentation that increased her implants from 650cc to 800cc. In November, Farrah flaunted her voluptuous figure on the beaches of Santa Monica, California. A source told ET that she couldn't stop gushing about her brand new breasts.
