The 26-year-old former Miss Alabama took to Instagram on Wednesday, sharing a photo of herself showing off her barely-there baby bump in the mirror.

"Bubs trying to make an appearance today for the Doc," she captioned the snap. "Some days he pokes out more than others but he's in there lol #almost5months."

Within minutes, fans commented on the selfie, writing things like, "What I look like after a snack" and "5 months pregnant, meanwhile my pants don't fit after eating a French fry." Other users, like @rellsworth, could relate. "I was 7 months pregnant and still had to convince people I was about to have a baby," she shared.

Katherine and her husband, 25-year-old NFL pro AJ McCarron, announced they were expecting their first bundle of joy together over the social media site earlier this month with a photo of them inside the doctor's office.

"AJ and I feel beyond blessed and grateful to FINALLY announce after 4 months we have been keeping a secret," she captioned the sweet photo. "We are having a BOY!"

"Thank you all so much for your prayers for us as it hasn't been an easy journey," she continued. "We thank God everyday for this wonderful blessing and can't wait to share this journey with all of you!!"

Back in October, Katherine -- who tied the knot with AJ in 2014 after dating for two years -- joked that she was "fake" pregnant from eating too many breakfast items at McDonald's.
