The "Same Old Love" singer absolutely rocked it in a red Louis Vuitton dress on Tuesday night, while opening up to ET about the anticipation surrounding her Revival tour now that her single has seen chart-topping success, which the 23-year-old calls "surreal."

"I'm so excited -- it's going to be big. I haven't toured in two years," the singer explained. "It's going to be really emotional. I want it to be real, and I want it to feel like they're a part of the experience with me."

The Revival tour kicks off on May 6 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

UNICEF and Louis Vuitton teamed up for the biennial event, which supports vulnerable children around the world. Selena has been a UNICEF ambassador since age 13.
