Joey and Rory Feek were determined to give their daughter,
Indiana, the perfect second birthday party, and it looks like they succeeded.
The pair posted a sweet shot of their extra tired little girl on their joint

Birthday
“… two-year-old ‘morning-after hangover’ … I can’t believe I
ate that much cake last night,” they captioned the photo of Indiana looking
pooped in her high chair.
This year’s festivities were particularly bittersweet as
Joey continues to battle stage 4 terminal cancer. On Wednesday, Rory posted a
photo of his wife playing with their daughter on her big day, writing the
caption, “…some birthdays are more than just birthdays. They’re dreams coming
true and prayers being answered.”

The country duo was nominated for Best Country Duo/Group
Performance at this year’s GRAMMYs, but did not win the coveted trophy. The
pair didn’t seem concerned by their loss, posting a photo on their Instagram
account of the golden nominee medal with the caption, “…more than enough.”
Joey was first diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in May 2014.
She entered hospice care in November 2015 after ending cancer treatment in
October.
