Caitlyn Jenner is toasting to Donald Trump.

Just one week after the Republican presidential candidate showed his support for the transgender community, by stating he thinks they should be able to use whichever bathroom they feel most comfortable in, the 66-year-old reality star praised Trump while slamming his rival, Ted Cruz, in the process.

"So, if Caitlyn Jenner were to walk into Trump Tower and want to use the bathroom, you would be fine with her using any bathroom she chooses?" Matt Lauer asked Trump during an appearance on TODAY.

"That is correct," Trump, 69, replied.

And that's exactly how it went down on Tuesday, when Jenner, a longtime Republican, walked right into Trump Tower in New York City and used the women's restroom to make a statement.

"A trans woman in New York, I gotta take a pee," she said in a video posted to her Facebook just moments before using the facility. "Anyway, oh my God, Trump International Hotel, I love this. OK, last week Donald Trump said I could take a pee anywhere in a Trump facility. I am going to go take a pee in the ladies' room."

Jenner was previously in support of Ted Cruz, but received a lot of heat for backing him up from her I Am Cait co-stars and the transgender community. Cruz has made harsh statements on how the transgender youth should use separate bathroom facilities at schools, previously stating that supporting equal treatment to students is "lunacy."

"Thank you, Donald, I really appreciate it," Jenner continued in her video. "And by the way, Ted, nobody got molested."

Later, Jenner headed to the TIME 100 Gala, where she thanked Trump for his support and allowing her to use the women's restroom.

"This toast, actually started, in a bathroom," Jenner, who was honored at the event, said during her speech. "Actually, bathroom issues right now in my life seem to be in the forefront. Actually, on that issue I just want to say also -- one little trans woman walking down the street had to go, I looked up and who did I see but the Trump Tower. Last week, Donald Trump said I could use any bathroom I wanted in the Trump Tower. So, of course, I veered right in there -- took care of myself."
