Billy Ray Cyrus seems to fully support Miley Cyrus' rekindled romance with Liam Hemsworth.

The 54-year-old country crooner showed up on the final hour of the Today show on Wednesday morning rocking his "Achy Breaky Heart" mullet, and responded to rumors that his 23-year-old daughter is once again engaged to the Hunger Games hunk.

Billy Ray also managed to plug his new sitcom, Still the King, while hinting that he may officiate Miley's wedding. In his new CMT show, which premieres June 12, Billy Ray portrays a washed-up country music singer who finds himself pretending to be a new minister at a Pentecostal church. "They know if they need a preacher, they've found one," he quipped.

Hemsworth nearly confirmed his relationship in a recent interview with GQ Australia. "People will figure it out, they already have. They’re not dumb," he remarked. "I make my decisions about what’s going to make me happy, what I think is right and what I want to do -- and I don’t worry too much outside of that."

Last month, ET also spoke with the 26-year-old actor about the engagement and wedding rumors. "Everyone's happy,” he said. "I'm happy. Yeah."
