The names of potential suspects have yet to be released.
Following the tragic report, Wright, who is the ex-wife of rapper Lil Wayne and star of WE tv's Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, took to Instagram to seemingly confirm the news and ask her followers to pray for her family.
"Help me Lord," she wrote. "#stoptheviolence #ineverfeltpainlikethisbefore #riptomybrothers #icantbelievethis #prayformyfamily."
The last post on Josh's Instagram are lyrics from rapper DMX's song "Angel" that read, "My Lord, my savior, don't judge my behavior but instead take what's in my heart and put it in my head. See I guess I really never knew, how proud I made you. My life is yours, my soul I gave you."
Rudy's last photo posted to the app shows him sitting on the hood of a car, praying.
