Third time's the charm?

James Corden says that a Kanye West Carpool Karaoke is in the works, but the prolific rapper has so far canceled not one, but two planned appearances on the Late, Late Show segment.

"Kanye has been booked to do Carpool Karaoke now twice and both times something came up. He’ll do it eventually. He wants to do it," Corden tells British GQ. "[When he canceled he sent] about three dozen white roses, of course. Arranged in the shape of a cube. What could be more Kanye than that?"

The 37-year-old funnyman also revealed his dream guest for the popular bit, which has already featured stars like Adele, Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, Gwen Stefani, and even first lady Michelle Obama.

"[The dream would be] Beyonce. It would break the internet," he admitted. "She’s on tour right now. We’re working on it."

Elsewhere in his cover story, Corden got candid about his weight loss journey.

"I lost 70 pounds," he said. "I want to lose another 30 pounds, maybe two stone by the time I’m 40 -- that’s two years away. I do a dance class three times a week, something called PlyoJam -- it’s dance using plyometrics."

Anyone who's seen Corden's CBS series knows that he's got the moves. Case in point: Toddler Choreography.
