Ariel Winter was snapped at Nine Zero One Hair Salon in West Hollywood, California, on Thursday, where she turned heads in an edgy '90s look. Donning a gray baby tee, daisy dukes and over-the-knee black boots, the 18-year-old Modern Family star looked confident in the bold ensemble.

Winter has been loving fierce footwear as of late. On Wednesday, she Instagrammed a pic of her rocking an eye-catching pair of stiletto cage boots.
Last month, Winter was a guest host on The Talk, and slammed her body shamers on social media.
"I think there are so many bigger issues in the world that we should be focusing on than what we're wearing," she pointed out. "I've been body shamed for just about everything I could be body shamed for… and when I got tattoos… every single person on the face of the planet had something to say about it."
"It can destroy a person, and I think it's disgusting that's what people spend time on," she added.
Thankfully, Winter has a healthy sense of self-confidence.
"I've been through a rollercoaster with myself definitely, growing up in the public eye," she admitted to ET when we caught up with her in May at Modern Family's Emmy consideration event in Los Angeles. "But I think now as I've gotten older… I've had so many people around to help me learn to accept myself and that's been really amazing for me."
