It's good to have A-list buds.

Justin Timberlake stepped in last minute to do his pal Leonardo DiCaprio a solid -- hosting a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton!

ET can confirm that the 41-year-old Revenant actor was all set to host the upcoming event on Tuesday night for the Democrats' nominee to the White House, but due to a scheduling conflict that kept him in New York, had to bow out. And that's when Timberlake, 35, and his wife Jessica Biel, bowed in.

"Not wanting to leave Hillary hanging, Leo called his friends Justin and Jessica Biel and asked if they would host for him," a source told People.

Timberlake and Biel agreed to fill in as hosts and moved the fundraiser to their home. Let's hope the affair doesn't keep their 1-year-old son Silas awake!

DiCaprio often stumps up for political and environmental causes. A star-studded gala he hosted in July raised funds for climate change work as well as a sending a portion to benefit survivors of the recent tragedy in Nice, France.
