The 34-year-old model and social media star died in February. At the time, her family told ET that May had died from suffering a "catastrophic" stroke after injuring her neck during a photo shoot. The model's death been ruled accidental with the cause of death stemming from "neck manipulation from a chiropractor."Shortly before her death, May, known as the "Queen of Snapchat" tweeted about injuries to her neck."Pinched a nerve in my neck on a Photoshoot and got adjusted this morning," she wrote on Jan. 29, just six days before she died.
