Kim Kardashian Returns to Facebook for the First Time Since Paris Robbery, Fans Welcome Her With Open Arms

The 'KUWTK' star shared her first post to Facebook on Monday since Oct. 2.

Kim Kardashian returned to Facebook for the first time since her frightening robbery in Paris early this month.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star
, whose maintained radio silence on her social media platforms since being held up at gun point on Oct. 2, shared a snapshot of herself sitting on a makeup chair while playing on her phone.

"Downtime #LumeeCollab," Kardashian wrote alongside the photo, which appears to be a branded advertisement for the phone case the 36-year-old reality star is using in the picture.

After Kardashian stepped away from sharing on social media, several friends and family members took over her personal app to continue updating it with new content. As such, it's possible the recent updates on her Facebook page were similarly posted by others within her personal circle.

Kourtney Kardashian, for example, later shared an adorable TBT video of some Kardashian family home movies to her sister's app, and shared the link on her sister's Facebook as well, in celebration of Halloween.

Whether the mother of two really broke her social media silence herself, the photo was the first post of any kind shared to her Facebook since Oct. 2. Within four hours, the post had been shared over 1,500 times, racked up over 123,000 reactions and garnered over 3,000 comments -- most of which were very supportive.

"Yay! My day just got 10 times better!! Kim is back and better than ever!!," one user wrote, with another adding, "Omg Kim I missed you so much! I've been checking every social media to check if you posted."
