"I love it, man. That's one that's not been a f**k up, that's been the best thing I ever did for myself," the 30-year-old actor shared. "I'm like a serial monogamist. I think it's cause I'm deeply insecure. Once you get vulnerable with a person, that's it. I've never been a one night stand guy." "

"I think was after something real substantial this time, I'm 30 years old," LaBeouf said of why now was the time to hold a ceremony. "And you know when you know."

During the interview, LaBeouf also expressed regret for criticism he had of Steven Spielberg -- whom LaBeouf has worked with on multiple projects including Disturbia, Transformers, Eagle Eye, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull -- when he said to Variety that the director "is in a different stage in his career. He's less a director than he is a f**king company."

"I f**k up sometimes. I probably could have gone lighter on Spielberg, that's something I should have backed off of," the actor admitted to Sway in the Morning host, Sway Calloway. "But my feelings are real. Dude gave me a lot of opportunities though. And that's on me."
