Tarek El Moussa is focusing on family.
The Flip or Flop star took to Instagram on Thursday to share a sweet snap of himself and his daughter, and reflect on the "crazy" past few days since announcing his split from wife and co-star Christina.
"Me and the #love of my life #crushing it!!! It's been a #crazy few days but we #love our kids soooo #much!!" he wrote alongside a cute pic of himself holding his 6-year-old daughter, Taylor. "My #heart and #soul."
While Tarek appears to be moving on from the breakup, he still clearly has respect for his estranged spouse. The house flipper even defended Christina after an Instagram follower accused her of being a "phoney."
"She's a great person and mom," Tarek responded. "We have had many many struggles that's all."

Tarek and Christina confirmed their split on Monday after a recent incident that led to police being called out to their Orange County, California, home. Despite their separation, however, the former couple insisted they are focused on their children, and will continue to work together professionally, and on their HGTV show, Flip or Flop.
"Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage," they said in a statement to ET. "We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed."
"During the process, we are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be," the statement added. "We will continue to work through this process civilly and cooperatively, and plan to continue our professional life together."
Tarek and Christina married in 2009, and have two children together: Taylor and 1-year-old Brayden.
