The 28-year-old model reveals that she had to keep her pregnancy a secret while expecting her first child with ex Tyga.
Blac Chyna's second pregnancy is worlds apart from her first.
The 28-year-old model opens up about how she had to hide her first pregnancy with son King Cairo in a new promo for E!'s upcoming Rob & Chyna Baby Special.

"This is so surreal to me. With my first pregnancy, I didn't do a maternity shoot, I didn't have a baby shower," Chyna says in the clip of expecting her first child with ex-boyfriend Tyga.
"Having to hide your pregnancy is just like, not a good feeling. So now with this baby, it's really important that everybody that supported me share this moment," she adds, before the camera shows off her elaborate baby shower.
While Rob Kardashian explains that his sisters couldn't make the shower because of Paris Fashion Week commitments, the drama at the party instead seems to stem from Chyna's side of the family, as her mom, Tokyo Toni, is nowhere to be found.

Chyna explains that her relationship with her mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, however, seems to have improved in another clip from the upcoming special.
"Everybody always talks about mother-in-laws and how they can be," Chyna explains before FaceTiming with Jenner to show off new ultrasound pics. "But Kris is totally different, you know, always willing to give me personal, good advice with everything from like, health insurance to talking to her about Rob and future plans and everything in between."
"Kris is like a second mother to me," she shared.

As for Chyna's relationship with Rob? The couple clearly couldn't be more in love.
The pair took to Snapchat on Wednesday night to celebrate their show, Rob & Chyna, getting renewed for a second season -- by making out and throwing wads of money at each other.
The Rob & Chyna Baby Special airs Sunday, Dec. 18 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on E!.
