'The mission is simple - to help as many people as we possibly can,' the rapper said.

It's the most wonderful time of the year for one very charitable sweater buyer -- and the veterans and disabled children who will reap the benefits of its hefty price tag.

Rapper 2 Chainz's self-proclaimed “World’s Most Expensivest Ugly Christmas Sweater” went for a whopping $90,000. A joint effort with personal jeweler Avianne, the black blinged-out sweater wows with 50 carats of diamonds and 250 grams of gold. The sweater is currently listed as "sold out" on 2 Chainz's shop site.

Proceeds from the hip-hop artist's fancy holiday sweater benefit his non-profit, T.R.U. Foundation, which assists vets and disabled children and supports arts education in Atlanta, Georgia and the surrounding areas.

Last year, 2 Chainz raised $2 million for T.R.U. Foundation with sales from his "Dabbin' Santa" collection. "This year, the mission is simple -- to help as many people as we possibly can," 2 Chainz writes on the foundation's website. "... The new collection will act as our vehicle to bringing real assistance to people and families that are looking for a little boost this holiday season. Join our movement. Let's aspire to inspire and bring cheer this holiday season."
