Miley Cyrus Returns to Yoga After Holiday Celebrations With Liam Hemsworth, Says She Didn't 'Practice For 10 D

Miley Cyrus is in amazing shape.

The 24-year-old singer Instagrammed a photo of herself holding an impressive yoga pose on Tuesday, sitting in a cross-legged position wile lifting her entire body weight with her arms. Cyrus noted she was getting back to her yoga routine after 10 days off.

"I will NEVER not practice for 10 days EVER again!" she wrote. "Today I got my ASStanga kicked! Ouchie boo boo! Dayummm I'm shocked dis girl full of Dumplins & Macaroni could get z booty off da ground!"

But if we're judging by her slim physique in just a sports bra and exercise pants, Cyrus definitely doesn't have to worry about overindulging over Christmas!

The "We Can't Stop" singer spent some time over the holiday with both the Cyrus clan and the family of her longtime love, Liam Hemsworth. The couple shared pics together on social media, including the two snuggling with Hemsworth's dog, Dora, whom Cyrus helped rescue from an L.A. shelter last November.

Hemsworth also gave his gal another uniquely wrapped present, much like his adorable birthday gift to her last month.

Now it appears Cyrus and Hemsworth are spending time with the Hunger Games star's parents in Australia through the new year. The 26-year-old actor Instagrammed a sweet pic of the two with his mother, Leonie, as Cyrus sits on his lap and gives him a big kiss on the cheek.
