Joe Manganiello celebrated his 40th birthday in paradise with his beautiful wife, Sofia Vergara, by his side.
The Modern Family actress shared a photo of her husband out on a boat on Wednesday, with the caption: "Feliz cumpleaños to my wonderful husband❤️❤️❤️ Te amo!! @joemanganiello."

The birthday boy also posted some pics from their trip, exclaiming: "Māuruuru Bora Bora... so beautiful it doesn't seem real."
The couple jetted off to the sun and surf to celebrate Christmas and Manganiello's birthday. Vergara was sure to share lots of photos with her Instagram followers, including some sexy swimsuit shots.
Manganiello appears to be on the up and up after a health scare earlier this year. In October, the Magic Mike XXL star told ET that he was "doing great" following his hospitalization. The actor also chatted about his one-year anniversary plans with Vergara, 44. Check it out:
