The Dancing With the Stars pros headed to the hospital on Monday, their son's due date, where they are preparing for their baby boy's upcoming arrival -- in more ways than one.

"But first...a little make up ?," Chmerkovskiy captioned a snap of his fiancée gussying up before the big moment.

The pair presumably headed to the hospital early Monday morning, as Chmerkovskiy posted a captionless -- and soundless -- video of a car ride just moments before.
