Try not to be too jealous of Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard’s glamorous lifestyle! The proud parents attended the 2017 Golden Globes on Sunday night at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, but they skipped the lavish after parties that followed.
Instead the pair kept their evening wear on for a lively game of Settlers of Catan.
“Let the after party begin. @daxshepard @goldenglobes @settlersofcatan #GoldenGlobes #settlersofcatan,” Bell captioned one pic playing the combination card and board game with her hubby.
Shepard also posted a pic, writing, “Now the REAL event begins!!!”
The actors played the game while decked out in their glam award show ensembles.
Bell and Shepard teased their evening plans to ET Canada on the Globes red carpet.
“We have a strict 8 o’clock start for game night tonight,” Bell said. “If anybody knew what was up, they’d all be playing a game night as well.”
The cute couple also spoke with ET’s Nancy O’Dell on the carpet about their two adorable kids, Lincoln and Delta, who have just started getting into Frozen.
“They like the dolls more than the actual content," Bell told ET. "Although they just don't like it when I sing along with any of the songs. They have me zip it real quick."
Bell will reprise her role as Princess Anna in Frozen 2, but couldn’t give fans any updates on the highly anticipated Disney sequel.
“We haven't started," she told ET. "I mean, they've started. They're well into it, but we have not started recording. They're keeping me in the dark!"
