EXCLUSIVE: 'Grey's Anatomy' Stars Jesse Williams and Sarah Drew Say Jackson and April Will Find 'Happiness'
Jesse Williams and Sarah Drew, who play Jackson and April on Grey's Anatomy, say they're ready for their characters to experience a bit of happiness.
"There is some happiness," Williams revealed to ET's Leanne Aguilera, following Friday's Television Critics Association panel of the hit ABC show. "We're actually so dedicated to presenting and delivering some happiness that we have our own episode that's just us, off on a trip together, without anybody else."

"We don't come back to the hospital," Drew shared. "We stay there."
"It's just us, so if you're into JA-PRIL... you get what you asked for," Williams added, noting that the special episode will have a unique flair. "We're really proud of it. It's really kind of different in style and tone than our show is normally. The pacing, it's a mature...it's slow and you watch the silence and the pain and the love and the tension, but they're also on a journey as individuals, so it's something we're really proud of. It's going to be a great episode."
"It was such a gift," Drew gushed of their special episode. "I was really, really excited about it."
The duo also revealed that Grey's Anatomy isn't going anywhere.

"I don't think there's any foreseeable end in sight," Drew said of the show.
"Yeah, I've stopped guessing and stopped being amazed," Williams added. "We used to joke years [ago], when we came on season six, we used to [say], 'Two more years. Two more years.' Because it can't keep going, because no show really goes beyond four years, five years."
Grey’s Anatomy returns Thursday, Jan. 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
