John Legend can't stop gushing about his baby girl!

ET's Leanne Aguilera caught up with the 38-year-old singer at Friday's Television Critics Association press day in Pasadena, California, where he opened up about Luna's big milestones.

"She's turning nine months right now. She's crawling, kind of propping herself up with the coffee table," revealed Legend, who was at the event to promote his WGN America drama, Underground, which he executive produces. "She can stand herself up. She's not walking yet."

"It's a pretty fun time," he added. "We're enjoying this whole period of our lives and of her life."

As for who little Luna is starting to take after, him or his wife Chrissy Teigen, Legend says right now it's too soon to tell.

"It's hard to say [who I see more of in her]. She hasn't said any words yet. When she starts talking, we'll start to know who she is," he shared.

Though Luna isn't exactly talking or singing... or tweeting just yet, she definitely knows how to communicate.

"I feel like she already said her first word which is, 'Hi,' because I feel like she's aware she's saying it, and she waves when she says it, so I feel like that's her first official word," Legend confessed, before revealing that he and Teigen will definitely be having more kids in the future.

"We want to have more. I don't know the timing, but we definitely wanna have at least a couple more," he said.

For now, Legend and Teigen are doing their best to master date night, which can get tricky with their busy schedules.

"We find time. We had a great vacation over the holiday, and then we made time to have date night, movie night, cooking at home night. We do all sorts of things," he said, adding that he's even been helping out the Cravings author more in the kitchen.

"She really does all the work. I'm more of the taster," Legend revealed. "I just taste and occasionally make a comment."

Up next for date night, however, is watching Legend's cameo in season two of Underground.

"I've only seen the first episode, and she hasn't seen it yet," the singer confessed.

Season two of Underground premieres Wednesday, March 8 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on WGN America.
