Emma Stone was awarded by her fellow actors with the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for La La Land on Sunday, but her adorably fumbling acceptance speech had even her co-star, Ryan Gosling, bemused.

Racing against the countdown clock urging her to wrap up her speech, the 28-year-old actress lost her train of thought at one point, joking, "I forgot everything that I have ever thought in my life."

Gosling's reaction is all of us.

But ever the professional, Stone got back on track, thanking director Damien Chazelle, and her co-star.

"Ryan, you're the best. That's just the truth. No one can argue it," she said.

She's not wrong, but the 36-year-old actor seemed a little embarrassed by the praise.

ET's Nancy O'Dell caught up with Stone on the red carpet, where she told us what she really thinks of Ryan: "He's a mystery wrapped in an enigma," she said.

Sounds about right to us!
