EXCLUSIVE: Bianca Balti Spills on How Shooting the 'Sports Illustrated' Swimsuit Issue Actually Works

The 32-year-old model -- and mother of two -- kills it as a 'SI' rookie.

Bianca Balti is spilling Sports Illustrated Swimsuit secrets!

The brunette beauty is one of this year's "rookies," though at 32 years old, she knows exactly what she's doing.

ET's Katie Krause sat down with Balti in our Burbank, California, studio for a Facebook Live interview on Friday, where she opened up about what it's really like posing for the magazine.

"[We wake up at] like 4 [a.m.] because you have the catch the light," the model explained. "The light in the morning is very good, so you have to be prepared, all hair and makeup done, and then you just put on bathing suits and go around and take pictures."

Balti's photo shoot may have started early, but it didn't last long. The Italian stunner -- and mother of two -- says it only took one day to get the right shot.

"I feel like the less clothes you have on, the less time it takes, because you don't really need to make an outfit look good," she joked. "The night before, we have a fitting and it took like, half an hour and they were just throwing bathing suits after bathing suits on me."

"I kept them all!" she added.

And though it didn't take long for Balti to work through the poses, the one they chose for the magazine wasn't actually that comfortable.

"That position I kept on getting cramps with pointing the foot," she confessed. "It's just funny because it looks so flawless, but it's really uncomfortable."

At the end of the day, though, Balti wouldn't trade the experience for anything.

"You keep dreaming big, never put the limit on your dreams, and believe that everything can come true," she said.

"I am 32 and I'm proud of being 32, because I'm still looking hot!" she added. "And I have the family of my dreams!"
