On Tuesday, Miley Cyrus decided celebrate Valentine's Day by photoshopping boyfriend Liam Hemsworth's face onto the same heart-printed dress she wore to the amfAR Inspiration Gala in June 2015. "@liamhemsworth and I wish you a VERY loveyyyyy V-Day," she posted to Instagram.

The couple spent the romantic day with their dogs on a mountainous beach, with Cyrus sharing several idyllic pics. She also posted a sweet message of love for her Instagram followers.
