The 46-year-old actress says she's already taken family photos dressed as Spicer.

Melissa McCarthy sees the resemblance between herself and White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer -- so much so, that he might just make an appearance in her family Christmas card this year.

During an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday, the 46-year-old actress opened up about how she got the gig impersonating Spicer on Saturday Night Live, and confessed that she didn't think she could do it at first.

"I was like, 'What? How am I going to do that?' And cut to somebody saying like, 'Boy, do you really look like that guy!' I was like, 'Wait a minute!'" McCarthy laughed, revealing that she was asked to impersonate Spicer by an old friend who is now a head writer on SNL.

"The weird thing is I feel think I look so much like my dad. I feel like my dad and Sean Spicer had a baby and it's me, which makes it even weirder," she added.

After a while, though, McCarthy couldn't deny the resemblance.

"The prosthetics -- the weirdest thing is that you mess with your ears and it really changes the shape of your head," she explained. "And then I really got into it and asked, 'Can I have eye bags?' And the answer was, 'Yes!'"

Needless to say, McCarthy's really gotten into character.

"I guess I'm into Sean Spicer," the actress' husband, Ben Falcone, joked on the talk show, before admitting that "sexy was not the first thing to come to mind when I watched it."

"The girls were there the second time I did it and they were like, 'Yikes!'" McCarthy added of the couple's daughters, 9-year-old Vivian and 7-year-old Georgette. "We took weird family pictures."

"I think that should be your Christmas card," DeGeneres suggested to McCarthy's instant agreement: "I think it's going to be!"
