ET: If you have one week completely off of work, how do you spend it?
Carrie Underwood: I clean my house and bake, try to make food and just spend time at home with my family. We're so low-key and easygoing, and if there's a bag to unpack, I like to unpack it. But that's about it.
What is one song that you wish you'd written?
Oh, lordy, there's a lot of songs I wish I'd written. I guess in my repertoire, I think it would have been cool to be in the room when "Jesus Take the Wheel" was being written. I know that was kinda before I really started writing, but that's such an important song to me and I just would've loved to have even just have been there as it was being written.
What's a movie that you will always watch if it's on?
I'm not a huge romantic comedy fan, but there's a couple that I feel like if they come on, I'll watch them. Like Confessions of a Shopaholic or The Devil Wears Prada or something like that. I'm like, "OK, I know this movie, it can be on while I'm putting my makeup on or whatever."
Describe the perfect date night.
Just going out for a long dinner in some dark-lit, romantically secluded place -- if we could get a corner booth or something where we can kind of just be alone and talk. That's always good.
Finish this sentence: I feel sexiest in...
I guess on a date night would be good. I mean, it's kind of easy to feel sexy when somebody else is doing your hair and makeup and stuff like that, and you're going on red carpets. But that's kind of a different sexy. I never get to have my husband at award shows either, because it's always during the [hockey] season. When I'm with him, I guess it's one of those rare date nights. It's super rare! It's nice to have him there.

What is your favorite treat or snack at one of Mike's hockey games?
Popcorn or pretzels, or, you know, just kind of easy things that you can just sit and watch the games and eat.
Your best friend is always baking delicous cakes. What is your favorite flavor?
Chocolate. I don't know, it's all good! Is there a wrong answer here?
What is your least favorite gym routine? Because we know you're a goddess at the gym.
I like hard stuff. I dont' know if I have a least favorite because they all do something. I just do whatever!
