Demi Lovato is all about positivity these days.
The 24-year-old singer shared a glowing photo of herself on Instagram on Monday, and clearly, she's come a long way from her admitted struggles with body issues.
"Feeling better than I've ever felt," Lovato wrote. "It's all about self love. Tell yourself you're beautiful daily. Be gentle with yourself. Eat carbs without guilt and remember that life is too short to worry about what others think!!"
On Friday, she shared another happy photo of herself in honor of World Health Day, again with an empowering message.
"Every day you have the chance to turn it all around," she wrote. "Take care of your body and mind, and it will take care of you back."
The "Confident" singer has definitely been looking incredible lately, and is also happily dating MMA fighter Guilherme "Bomba" Vasconcelos.
When ET spoke with her earlier this month at the Smurfs: The Lost Village premiere in Culver City, California, the former Disney star talked about her self-confidence after growing up in show business.
"Sometimes you can feel like an outsider," Lovato candidly admitted. "I'm a homebody. I don't really like to go out and do stuff that, like, 'young Hollywood' typically likes to do, so sometimes I feel like I don't fit in."
"But I'm glad that I don't, I love being myself and I love who I am," she continued.
