And when he wasn't up to monkey business, El Moussa found himself on a tiny strip of sand surrounded by water.
"Hanging in the #Indian territory islands outside Panama #city!! Such a cool video!" the TV personality captioned the video.
El Moussa must have been working on his figure for the tropical trip, as it seems that he and his estranged wife, Christina El Moussa, have been competing to see who has the best revenge bod after filing for divorce in January.
