Witherspoon took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a handful of pics from their mother-son excursion.
"Wilderness buddy," she captioned an adorable selfie. "River kayaking adventure! ??? #WeSurvived #Canada #StayWILD," Witherspoon wrote in another Instagram slideshow.
The trip seems to be an annual outing. Last year, Reese and Deacon took a special hiking trip to British Columbia and documented their exploration on social media. "Let’s do this! ?? Into the wilderness we go …. #StayWILD #HikingTrip," she captioned a pic.
