Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich weren't going to let something like a stuck bus ruin their big day!
The 28-year-old Dancing With the Stars judge and the 34-year-old NHL pro tied the knot on Saturday near Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, but the good times came to a brief halt when the wedding party bus transporting the bridesmaids and groomsmen to the reception made a bad turn and went off into a ditch, causing some tire damage. Making the most of a sticky situation, Hough's brother, Derek, jokingly started to pretend to push the bus out of the ditch on his own, while Nina Dobrev and the rest of the wedding party stood on the side of the road. Eventually, the stranded guests were shuttled in smaller vehicles to the reception.

The bus ultimately caused many of the guests to be late to the party as it blocked the road, resulting in many vehicles having to take the long way to the venue. Luckily for the newlyweds, they had traveled separately in an Escalade to their reception, but initially found themselves with a sparsely attended event. Hough's father, Bruce, later apologized to the guests for the traffic trouble.

Other than that, Hough and Laich's wedding weekend was quite picturesque. The two were photographed sharing their first kiss as husband and wife during their gorgeous lakeside ceremony. Hough looked stunning in a custom Marchesa gown and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, while the groom was as handsome as ever in a dapper Brooks Brothers tuxedo.

Prior to the wedding, Hough was seen hosting a pre-wedding party on Lake Coeur d'Alene for her family friends, and looked gorgeous in a black-and-white checkered monokini, large sunglasses and a big hat. Her brother, Derek, was also spotted at the soiree, and got some sun while mingling shirtless in a pair of dark swim trunks.

Hough and Laich's nuptials are a long time coming, as the two have been engaged since August 2015.
