It was a bittersweet birthday for Elsa Pataky as her adorable kids excitedly woke her up singing “Happy Birthday” on Tuesday.
Noticeably absent, of course, was hot hubby Chris Hemsworth, who the Spanish beauty was clearly missing as she marked her 41st birthday, with 5-year-old daughter India and 3-year-old twins Sasha and Tristan.

“Cuanto te levantas con tus hijos cantando cumpleaños feliz!! ?????/ when your kids wake you up singing happy birthday!!” Pataky captioned a cute pic of the trio coming into her bedroom in their pajamas.
She then added the hashtags, “#missingpapa” and “#workingdad.”
On Sunday, Pataky also shared a snap of her “adrenaline hunters,” checking out the surf while out for a bike ride.
Their dad has been a busy man, recently wrapping the Taika Waititi-directed Thor: Ragnarok, fronting an ad campaign for Hugo Boss and spinning out at the New York Formula E on Saturday.
Earlier this month, the 33-year-old Australian hunk told ET that his children understand that their father has a lot on his plate, but aren’t necessarily impressed.
"I come home from work and one of my boys in particular is like, 'Did you fight the monsters, Papa? Did you hear the monsters?' He knows Thor, and the other two, they're just not impressed," he shared. "They're like, 'Yeah, my dad's Thor, whatever!' And it's... the line between the fantasy of what's on TV and how it relates to real life."
